Audiovox Pocket PC upgrade?

I have a Audiovox Pocket PC windows mobile 4.21 is there an upgrade to windows mobile 5 or 6 ? and where can I find it??

Not sure what an audiovox is but when I did an image search I found a photo which looked like my old pocket pc. Here is where I got my update
